Dabeli (Double Roti) Kutch recipe :
Ingredients


1. Aloo 1kg
2. Onions 4 Medium Sized
3. Double roti masala
4. Peanuts 1 cup
5. Salt 2 tspn
6. Red chilly powder 2 tspn
7. Emlee and gur chutney 4 tblspn
8. Lasoon chutney 2 tblspn
9. Pomegranate seeds

Method :
1. Boil the aloos and after peeling mash them well and keep aside.
2. In a dekchi heat 1/2 cup oil for frying the peanuts, deep fry and add salt about 1 tspn, 1tspn sugar - keep aside
3. To the remaining oil, add the Dabeli pdr. and after a couple of 3 minutes, add the mashed aloos.
4. Serve hot as filling in bun with fried peanuts & chopped onions; slice the bun in two without splitting it, add a layer of lasoon chutney, a layer of imli chutney, the filling, the pomegranate seeds, fried peanuts and chopped onions...

Voila, dabeli is ready, for toast-double-roti, turn the filled bun on a tava with after applying some butter on the sides...
